The mission of Growth Ministries Unlimited is to ENCOURAGE, EQUIP AND EMPOWER people to grow to their maximum potential spiritually, personally and professionally in Christ in order to make a difference in a broken world.

Our Story

Growth Ministries Unlimited was founded Rev. David Dean as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation to help build the church of Jesus Christ around the world. GMU has been a long-term ministry partner with Dr. John Maxwell’s EQUIP Ministry Group and Dr. Stan Toler’s Leadership International Group. In cooperation with these and other ministry groups, GMU has trained hundreds of leaders and church in 26 countries and in many cities in the U.S. Today Growth Ministries Unlimited is striving to become even more involved in training leaders through the world by creating resources that promises to expand the work of building the church.
